A New Mexico hospital employee being arrested for impregnating 26 women in coma is fake news. There is no truth to a report that a 38-year-old janitor at a New Mexico hospital was arrested following accusations that he impregnated female patients who were in a coma.
Where did this fake news originate? World News Daily Report published the fake news article reporting that a janitor was arrested for impregnating 26 women in coma. You can read the fake news below.
Albuquerque, NM | Juan Enrique Rafael Ramirez Rene Lopez, a 38-year-old janitor working at Lovelace Medical Center, has been apprehended by police this morning after being accused of sexually assaulting several women in a vegetative state.
Authorities were warned by the man’s girlfriend that he was sleeping with women in a comatic state at his workplace after the couple had gotten into a fight and she had threatened to leave him.
Mr. Lopez would have then told his girlfriend that he had cheated on her multiple times with women at the hospital.
“He told me that I was boring in bed, that he could get laid as much as he wanted at his job and that he got laid all the time. That’s when I got suspicious,” she told reporters.
However, there is no truth to the above story, according to Hoax Alert. Their research showed that the mugshot used in the fake news article is not “Juan Enrique Rafael Ramirez Rene Lopez.”
Rather, the image is of Gabriel Zamarripa Jr., who is a “Mexican drug cartel associate.” Zamarripa was arrested for drug-related offenses and there was nothing to do with the raping comatose patients.
