‘Busload Of Blacks’ From 3 States Driving To Alabama To Vote Illegally For Doug Jones Is False

By Shawn Rice

A busload of African-Americans from three states driving over the border to Alabama to vote illegally for Democrat Doug Jones is fake news. There is no truth to a report that a busload of individuals crossed over into Alabama to illegally cast a ballot for Jones.

During a special election, Jones beat Republican Roy Moore in a tight race for the Senate seat left vacant by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Currently, Moore has refused to concede in a video message to his supporters noting that military votes still needed to be counted.
Where did the fake news originate? Potatiot Post published the fake news article, which was then picked up Conservative Stamp (archive) reporting that a busload of African-Americans from three states drove over to Alabama to vote illegally for Jones. You can read the fake news below.

As you have probably heard, some blacks care so much about democracy that they openly planned to stack the vote against Roy Moore in Alabama by committing voter fraud on a massive scale.

A Reddit thread tells “African Americans in Mississippi” to “make a short trip to Alabama” and vote for Doug Jones. Well, that’s apparently what happened according to State Election Integrity Board president Carl Williams.

However, there is no truth to the above story, according to Hoax Alert. The owner and main writer of the Potatriot Post is Christopher Blair who professes to be a liberal troll. Blair is from Maine who has writes stories looking to troll gullible conservatives and President Donald Trump supporters into liking and sharing his articles to further spread the fake news and create confusion.

Here are some examples of people sharing the fake news on social media.
