Brennley Brown performed “Fly” by Maddie and Tae on The Voice playoffs. She is fighting for a spot in the Top 12.
Blake Shelton admitted that he made a mistake by letting her go. However, he said that Brennley is in the right place on Gwen Stefani’s team. Gwen said that Blake was right about his mistake and by gifting Brennley to her. Gwen liked hanging out with her because she wanted to be with a little girl. Gwen said she is learning from Brennley and that she has so much style.
What did you think of the performance? Let us know in the comments section.
Brennley grew up listening to country music and performing in school talent shows. Her signature move was throwing her pink cowgirl hat into the audience at shows. She recently was cast as Lily on the animated show “Sofia the First.” For two years, starting at age three, she watched her mother go in and out of hospitals before she was diagnosed with Lyme carditis, which has no cure. Music helped Brennley cope with her mother’s diagnosis. Her dad owns a hair salon where she spends her spare time when she’s not gigging, doing voiceover work or homework!

The three-time Emmy Award-winning “The Voice” returns with the strongest vocalists from across the country invited to compete in the blockbuster vocal competition show’s new season. Grammy Award-winning artist Gwen Stefani returns as a coach this season, joining megastars Alicia Keys, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton and host Carson Daly.
The show’s innovative format features five stages of competition: the first begins with the blind auditions, followed by the battle rounds, the knockouts, the live playoffs and, finally, the live performance shows.
In the live playoff rounds, the Top 20 artists compete to secure a spot in the live shows. Artists perform live, and America votes to save their two favorite artists from each team. The coaches then save one remaining artist to complete their roster. The remaining contestants move on to the final phase of the competition – the live shows.
